Confidential Code

A substantial part of EHRboxs’ activities, including its technology, development, business process management, customer and employee contacts, are proprietary. No employee may give, disclose or provide access to any confidential or proprietary information of the Client or company, except to persons or entities having a legitimate need for this information, as part of the normal conduct of EHRboxs’ business or as otherwise required by law. Disclosure of any confidential information, however harmless the item may seem, to unauthorized persons is specifically prohibited. Employees must therefore safeguard EHRbox & Client information from oral or written disclosure to any unauthorized person, unless legally required. Questions as to the confidentiality of an item or information must be referred to senior management. If disclosure of Company information is required by legal process or otherwise by operation of law, employees must discuss such required disclosure with the General Counsel or the President and CEO prior to actual disclosure.

Privacy Policy

EHRbox requires all employees, partners and suppliers to protect the privacy of information about our customers. Our Privacy Policy expresses EHRboxs’ commitment to protect customer privacy by notifying customers about how their data is being used and giving them choice and control over the use of their private information.

Code of Conduct

Employees: EHRbox is committed to the highest ethical standards, which are defined in EHRbox’s Code of Conduct employee document. We train every EHRbox employee to promote compliance with these standards. All EHRbox employees are bound by the Code of Conduct adopted by their business.

Suppliers: EHRbox’s Supplier Code of Conduct outlines the standards of conduct applicable to companies that provide EHRbox with products or services. Suppliers to EHRbox must conform to all applicable health, safety and environmental laws and regulations. Suppliers must promote safe working conditions throughout the supply chain and foster environmentally responsible manufacturing processes.
